store closures
I want to say how sorry I am to hear of so many closures
and I wish all the redundant staff the best of luck in finding new jobs
But may I ask the powers that be - how do you expect your customers to remain loyal when we don't know if the store will be open for our next visit
I am always given vouchers for my birthday and christmas by family and friends but I'm going to warn them not to buy anymore - it may be a complete waste of money
Happy christmas to all the shop staff wherever you are

I sold a young lad whos mum is in a wheelchair a gift voucher then we were shut the next day that is really playing on my mind. it is awful.. The powers that be dont really have any powers other than to be big and go round sacking people at will, just for asking if they were going to get paid.
unbelievable!!!!!

Re: store closures
we were told midweek not to sell any more gift vouchers - but it doesn't help those who've already bought them.

Don't let it play on your mind. It's not your fault.
In fact you should be feeling sorry for yourself and your staff for being loyal to a company that doesn't appreciate or respect you
