Hi, as I am unable to pop in all the time. It a bit of a travel and i have young children I never know what is going on there. I have never been awear of these coffee mornings or workshops. I did give over my email along time ago but have never recieved anything. How can I find out what is going on? I would love to support you more but need time to plan my trips over.

Hello all...... Cheryl from Dartford Store here.
Thank you all for your fantastic support and well wishes. It's thanks to you that we're still here and we are so grateful for your continuing efforts. We want to make this store the best ever.... and we know we can do it with you lot behind us!!!!

Nikki and me will be doing demos every Saturday from now on and our regular coffee morning every Friday is becoming very popular. It runs from 11am to 1pm and everyone is welcome. No need to book, just turn up, we'd love to see you.
We hope to run workshops twice a week once we are fully staffed again, as well as kids activites during the school holidays. These will hopefully start from August 18th but I will update you on this asap.

You are a great bunch and both Nikki and myself value your ideas and comments, so please contact us at any time.

Hi Everyone,
I agree with Sue, it would be lovely to have some sewing threads in stock. I have purchased several of the brass stencils, stitching peel offs and perforators from this store and it would be nice to be able to buy more and also the threads to do them.
I am a regular at the coffee mornings, and really enjoy it as I have made several new friends, we have a great laugh each week. It has even been known for me to change a doctors appointment to go to the coffee morning.
Cheryl and Nikki have been such an asset to the shop, they helped me take the first steps in Scrapbooking, for which I will be forever grateful, I didn't realise it could be so much fun.
I have learnt so many new ideas from everyone at the coffee mornings, and will probably learn a lot more, PLEASE LET'S MAKE A NAME FOR OURSELVES IN DARTFORD.

Been spreading the word at my local lace making group as a couple of ladies there thought the store had closed. I soon updated them on that score. I also made sure to tell them about the coffee mornings on Friday.

Looking forward to seeing some new stock in store. Some of the new cuttlebug bits would be really lovely. Some more stock for the pick and pay card would be useful too.

As some people seem to be unaware of events at Dartford maybe a regular post either on this thread or the In store events one would be helpful. I don't mind volunteering to do it as I live very close to the store and am always in there!! and know whats going on. Also to the regular coffee morningers bring your money on Friday as the store has just received some lovely Maya Road items.

I was in there this pm and could not say no to the maya road chipboards. Dont know what I will do with them yet but I loved them and now wish I had got more. Oh well I will just have to go back again. What a shame. lol

Now Cheryl, you know I don't need very much encouragement to spend too much money. Fortunately for my bank balance I have to wait in for a delivery tomorrow then am working, then will have another delivery to wait for on Friday. Am really hoping the Friday delivery comes early. Do these people not Know I have a crafting coffee morning to attend?

I will be in at some point in the week though.

Now it's bad enough having Cheryl and Nikki tempting me to spend money without you starting too.

I did pop in today as I needed some foam pads and the create and craft delivery arrived while I was there. I look forward to going back in when it has all been unpacked and put out.

It's lovely to see new things in the store though and I am looking forward to seeing the new Die Cuts with a View Christmas bits arrive in store. I think us regulars have almost cleared them out of the Dovecraft sets.

Not that I need any more Christmas bits this year. But then since when has need had anything to do with it?

Is Craft Central still stocking Lili of the Valley papers as the new Christmas ones they have just brought out and the Jasmine and Oliver and Moggi the cat are gorgeous. They never seem to stay long on the shelves either.

The create and craft goodies are now in store at Dartford and ready for your perusal. (My fav has to be the embossing powders, and the vellum packs, both of which are the most gorgeous colours) And the price is attractive too!!
