daisy nooks closed :-(

no job now

know we are far apart but Gourock Craft Central is closed too... only been less than a day but miss ma job... so condolances

heard about daisy nook yesterday.....Ian was gutted for you girls......we feel like we're stuck in a lottery where there are no winners.

No way that really sucks soooo sorry to hear didn't think they would EVER shut Daisy Nook always seemed so busy x

On behalf of the staff at Daisy Nook, I would like to thank all our faithful customers who still kept coming to our store even though things were not as they could have been. I personally will miss all the lovely people that have made my time at cc such a happy one. We all have made some good friends along the way.

Its been a very very sad week we were closed tuesday and the staff got together yesterday to pick up our own belongings from our lockers we had coffee which the garden centre gave us vouchers for, we kept our heads up and refused to look upset but the many of wet eyes fro the young lads who worked in the garden centre was shocking and we really had to get out then or we would have lost the plot.
Inverness shop as all cc shops could have been better but in my own head it was head office that let us dow not cc staff ao any of the shops, moral was not all it could have been when you recieved some of the faxes that were sent.
But it was my dream job and no you are not a sad peson for spending you extra time in the shop as we all did it as it was horrible even having a day off as you were worried you would miss something so i think we all stayed longer than our hours and put in extra hours without charging our time on it. but you know I dont suppose we will get those points means prizes this christmas.

It has really hit us all today and i know one of the girls stayed in her bed all day and cried. I have been crying all day and taken it out on the housework and now my craft room is back to looking like a bedroom as my son is home next week. the other girl has text me alot today heart broken. we all feel like crap and re totally numb.

Not even a sorry this has happened, I only hope we get our wages shortly!!!!!!

My heart goes out to all you lovely loyal craft central staff. My local cc`s shelves are getting emptier by the day. I was in there yesterday & the create & craft products were being packed up. There was a workshop going on & the ladies were saying how much they have learnt at the enjoyable classes.

thankyou, i have been in contact with some of our customers and they are as sad as we are because we had become good friends and they were loyal to our workplace.

I work in the Barlborough CC I don't know whats in store for us yet but it doesn't look good I'm sorry you all shut I really do feel for you I hope you all have a good xmas despite this sad event.

I will miss the wonderfully talented girls I worked with and the interaction with the customers so much.

Hi everyone- my heart goes out to all those who have had to close in the last few months. It can't be easy just before Christmas. I have heard a rumour that CC has ceased trading altogether- can anyone tell me if this is true or are people just spreading gossip ?
