problems registering..

Hi all,
Ive mentioned this forum is up and running on Docrafts and some of my fellow members are having problems registering.
One lady is told her password is invalid. She cannot find a link to contact you.
The second lady had her email sent to spam despite requesting to allow it, it got binned. Now it wont let her register as its showing that someone is already registered at her email address.
Can anyone help please?

Hi Jenni I had the same problem when I signed they must register then go to their inbox and select the link provided to activate their account. As for the lady who had her activation sent to her spam and it had now been "binned" she could either try retrieving it from her trash or you could contact Rick the web designer of this forum on her behalf explaining the situation and the ladys user name. Hope this helps

Unfortunately, there is no way for us to track unsuccessful registrations. All I can suggest is to re-register with a different username. Sorry about that.
