I have ticked the box saying log me in automatically but I still have to log in manually. What am I doing wrong?

Hi! Chances are your cookies aren't set at the right setting 
so your computer isn't 'remembering' your info.
You can go to your security settings on your internet explore (options I think)...and add just this website to your security settings. That way your internet settings will still stay as secure as you have them for the rest.
