Big Shot or Cuttlebug - and will Big Shot take cuttlebug embossing folders

Morning folks
Great excitement - received a Big Shot for Christmas from DH - but I think I need the Cuttlebug as I wish to use the embossing folders for cardmaking - not in to too much die - cutting, but think I am asking the wrong questions on any manufacturers websites. Can anyone tell me whether I can use the Cuttlebug embossing folders in the Big Shot? I daren't unwrap it from its packaging until I know the answer.

When you read the instructions...you used the embossing folders like the thin dies...not the quickkut ones but the green sizzix (does that make sense). I have the cuttlebug...but I have been wanting the big shot! How exciting!!! Have fun and post some pics of your work!

Hi I think the Big Shot is the one to have, as it takes most dies etc. Friendly user too.
