They were sent to Bury because that's what the covering letter told us to do!

I too recieved a letter 2day saying the same as others have had. Eventually got through and was told to phone 01214564411 if I have'nt heard any-thing in next 3 weeks. I may not be waiting for 3 weeks though!!

A clleague and my-self both got the same letter, so I don't think you will find any -one is "making things up"!
