I got one off QVC and not totally impressed as mine is faulty. Firstly the small eyelet cutter doesn't unless I move the paper in a circle and then it will. Secondly, having the gromlet face down means the paper is also face down and I can't see where I am positioning it.

Will be returning it.

Problem cured - just had to use brawn not brains and lots of force. Once I had done that once it cleared the problem and it now cuts beautifully.
