Slightly off topic but My Craft Studio

Post  *emma* on Tue 15 Jul 2008, 1:41 pm

Hellllooo!!

I've done something naughty and bought "The Magic of Christmas" My Craft Studio CDROM's. I feel very guilty now. They'll probably end up on eBay. Has anyone used My Craft Studio?

I also bought Peacock Summer Party because it was cheap, and the Mirri Board pack. Trying to order the mirri board is very difficult because it has two numbers - the one which works is 128001. Remember, it's P&P FREE today!!

Hello

I have most of the my craft studio cds and find them really easy to use. Im an IT techy and have specific software which cost and arm and a leg and this software is just great with no major manuals to read through.

I resisted the xmas one as ive enough xmassy cds to last a life time but it did look good.

when stephanie and dianne demo the cds on telly its always so quick but when you see steph at craft fayres she really takes the time to explain it all to you and will answer any of your questions - really approachable.

The only downside i could see to my craft studio is the bad press that other craft forums are giving it. each time a new cd was lauched the particular forum (that i wont name but you can maybe guess) slated both steph and the cd - my question is then why the heck bother to watch or buy it if you only want to bad mouth it!
I thought that might put people off it slightly and i would try to go in there and defend it but i got so skunnered over it that i gave up and havent been on that forum in a whiley.

im having a craft day with stephanie at the studios in peterborough in august and im hoping she may have some my craft studios as goodies - fingers crossed!

i hope you enjoy the cd
Gill
