wages in my bank

I have jus checked on-line and some money has gone in from the insolvency service. I urge any1 who can 2 check there bank has mine seems 2 differ quite a bit 2 the wage slip.

Money in my account too.I think they have paid wages less tax but no holiday pay or pay in lieu.

Been re-readin throu the booklet to refresh has its been sooooo long.
It states in question 29 that we will receive a statement showin how payments were calculated.
The difference unfortunately is not in my favour. Cant c where the figure has come from. Hope the statement arrives soon.

apparently we should have been paid hours we worked plus holiday pay, we have to claim on ANOTHER FORM our wages in lieu!!!! but mine is still short.

i thought the pay slips that we got in the being gave us false hope

Hope there is more to come coz mine is short of just under £500 from the net pay figure.
I know we have 2 claim week lue seperately however its still very short.
The booklet and letter we had says it will pay up2 £330 per week dont know bout every1 else but dont think any of us had more than that a week.

Has anybody rang up and managed 2 talk 2 any1 and got explanation of how they got these figures we have been paid. Ive tried all morning with no luck.

It was said on here that the payslip was to be ignored as the NI and Tax couldnt be dealt with until they new how much we were getting. My is short by roughly £220. not happy but then part of me think we are lucky to get anything at all.

nothing in my bank yet. Didn't someone say that they were doing it alphabetically, I should imagine that was surname, if so mines D what are yours, Just thought it might give the rest of us some ideas of when we are like to get some money.

Don't think it can be alphabetical, mine is G but others that have had some of their money is L and S but, someone with Surname beginning D has not recieved anything and thats all same store too

oh well, its just that one of the ex staff, sorry can't remember who it was, my age said they had phoned the administrators and they said they had only got as far as the S's all the ones before that had been sent on. But that puts that on its head, they seem to be telling people different things. I will just have to keep checking the bank

i've got 2 payments that dont tally up with anything at all
so how can we get a letter saying its been dealt with one day then money in the bank the next, i have beentrying to get through to them all day but it just keeps on ringing until just before 5 a voice said" sorry the office is now closed we are open 9-5 mon to fri but dont deal with telephone calls 10-11 am amd 2-3 pm so they can deal with the claims

I dont think there is an order because my surname is also S.
My payment I have received looks like it doesnt include all my hol pay or the hours I did after 15/12.
Suppose I should b grateful 4 wot ive got but like most of u I have 2 children on my own and feel that we should get all we r owed has we earned that money. We were the ones that made the shops wot they were.
Hopefully the statement will make things clearer but lets c how long that takes 2 get 2 us.

Checked my bank account and i have had some money but im missing £810 but i will see what i says when this other letter comes. Least i can now pay some bills. Yippeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
