Re: wages in my bank

I am owed holiday pay and from what I've been paid I assumed I'd been given that, I know what I was owed was different to what was on my wageslip.
What I don't understand is would you prefer to be sent letters everytime they do anything or would you prefer they spent their time dealing with our claims. I have a friend who deals with the businesses at the Insolvency service, they are run off their feet so imagine how much more work the department dealing with employees has. It is a matter of patience. We seem to have moved our anger from the Kings to the people who are actual going to pay us. As I've said in previous posts do something productive instead of become bitter and getting snappy with everyone. You will get what is owed.
I don't mean to upset anyone but this is not getting us anywhere.

cake n crafty last week i was told the money i recieved in my bank was redundancy pay and holiday pay and pay in lieu was being dealt with seperately that was told to me by a gentleman at the insolvecy office and this was how everyone was being paid.
so after reading posts on here and chatting to others who had received holiday pay and nothing else and various other ways of payment i rang the office again just to check why i wouldnt be getting any holiday pay as i read on the statement i received. to be told by another member of staff i wouldnt be getting be holiday pay because i hadnt claimed it, which in short i sent the form to leoard curtus who was checking my holiday entitlement and filling in the details for me and they hadnt done this so i had to get someone to email/fax the insolvency office and tell them what holiday pay i was owed so i could get it paid into my bank and pay in lieu was to be claimed on another form that had been sent out last week that i am still waiting for. so i am still playing a waiting game and from what i could gather is if you had any problems filling in any part of the form to claim any money back phone the office before you lose it i could have lost a lot of money if i hadnt have got someone to recheck my form
