Forum Future ?

Post  Admin on Fri 10 Apr 2009, 5:22 pm

Seems like the forum has has had it's day, no one appears to be interested in it anymore, including the new owners of Craft Central , not much activity now! - maybe the time has come to delete the whole thing. Crying or Very sad

Hi everyone

I have just set up a new message board based around Carole's Crafts. Hoping that the staff at Bordon branch can make use of it mainly but I thought it might also be interesting for the users of this forum.

So this is a bit of a shameless plug.

If anyone is interested in starting fresh, here is the link to the forums: http://welovecrafts.messageforums.net/

I used to work for Craft Central so I am creative and also understand a lot of how forums are run since I have been an administrator for many years on different boards.

I have just named it "We Love Crafts" which felt alright Smile!

I hope you will all join and continue to share your knowledge and your creativity. Communities are brilliant tools in any field! Jem and Sheila from the Bordon Branch will hopefully be active and share events and demos to get the locals together again. If the other shops in the chain want to participate I can create your own forums just as I have for them, so that your events can be advertised.

Thanks for reading Smile

I think the main reason no one goes on the site is because they cant find it.
It is a shame though as many people dont know how to search to find it.
Sad to see it go down but hey thats what c c was good at eh !!!!
