Hiya
I've got the baby bug and wash mats often. I've not tried the hairdryer method though, just allow them to air dry. I've also used spray mount to 'sticky' them up again Very Happy

Fell upon something!!

Post by Guest on Mon 24 Mar 2008, 8:59 pm

I came across an idea that my four year old suggested which does work but only when you don't want to use the full size of the mat in paper ( i.e 12 " 12"). If you put re positionable tape down two edges of your paper /card vertically to the way you load your paper on to your mat you can cut away to your hearts contents and the it doesn't goo up the machine or anything. The only thing is though you have to be careful not to make any cuts where the tape is otherwise you will jam up your machine!!! (I'm just guessing that will happen). Since my mat ran out of the ability to cut heavy card yesterday I have since cut approx 20 sheets worth in this fashion and I haven't had a single problem with it. I think it is easier than washing the mats.... but then I'd rather be spending my time crafting lol!!!. Hope this helps someone.

LoobyLou's Disney projects

Post by louisamclean on Wed 23 Apr 2008, 6:19 pm

I noticed that Louise (LoobyLou) mentioned her Disney projects she did with the Cricut Expressions so I thought I'd upload them for her seeing as I have the photographs used in the magazine. I think I've made them small enough for here but let's see!!!

They're really good, must admit have the micky and friend but not even used it yet, still heres a good reason not to throw anything away. I was cutting some lettering for someone when I decided to use the auto fill and the negative impression that was left led to this.
