can you look at your wage slips?

Hi ladies,
Because this wage fiasco is such a mess, please can you let me know
1) did you just get basic wage (top line)
2) Holiday pay
3) pay in leiu
4) hrs after the 15th Dec
5) Did you pay tax when you should not have
6) was it basic rate or the correct rate.

I only got the basic wage and was taxed, I didn't get any money after the 23rd of Nov. When he went into administration.
some friends have had all of what they were owed, some got some of it. Unless we all know what we all got we cannot complain on mass.

We cannot claim the tax backyet, as they have not received anything from the insolvency office ( this is word of mouth not mine!)
I haven't even recieved what is on my P45.

I recieved my p45 some time ago but have not recieved any money at all! I have not checked to-day, but last night nothing had gone in.

Did you fill in on the form you returned with exactly what they owed you? There was a space for that. My pay slip showed what our wages person thought were my hours, in reality they were a whole lot more, so I submitted a p/copy of my time sheet with my form to the Administrator, and got everything I considered was owed to me for hours worked, and yes, it was taxed.

I recieved my P45 at the beginning of January. I haven't recieved anything else since, if it wasn't for forum I would not know what was going on! worked in Cranleigh,loved job in the begining that was before things got silly,it is good news about monies being paid maybe i might be lucky soon!to be honest I do miss my job the girls ,Tina, Kay,Sally ,and our customers who weren't just customers but were our friends.
It's taken a while but I'm back to making cards and playing! love my cricut I got for xmas.and TIM HOLTZ is on QVC next tuesday , (Dawn Bibby)

hi i have had money paid into my account
being wages owed and redundancy, however no holiday or payment in lieu
does anyone know how we claim for holiday and payment in lieu
do i have to wait for a form to arrive. or do i have to phone up for one
if i have to phone do i phone leonard curtis or the insolvency people

You'll get the form through the post and a breakdown of eveything you've received. However on mine it says I have been given 3 hours holiday with my wages and redundancy, which should be 30 hours. I think that Leonard Curtis have buggered it up somewhere. I've emailed the Insolvency Service as it's easier than trying to get through on the phone. Good luck

if any help,phoned insolvency office to be given phone number of redundancy office 01214564411 told things done in batches! and shoud get something end of next week .

I haven't had anything yet, only P45 and that was ages ago. I too phoned them yesterday, they said to expect something in the next week. So many people in the same situation, they are overloaded with work.

just to let you know had some money not a lot !check your bank. Mine went in today, now have to wait for letter or form to claim for rest ?
