slide card?

I went to my local Craft Central today (Burnside) and saw what I think is called a "slide card"
its different to a waterfall card but it does have a pull tag thingy at the bottom so there are similarities
does anyone know where I can download instructions or a video demo
I work weekends so cant get to the instore demo's

Thanks for this Tess - I'd seen something similar on TV but there were no instructions. Will have a go some time.
