favourite techniques.....
Hello fellow cardmakers, just wondering what your favourite techniques are and if you change your fave technique like me? I love rubberstamping and am starting decoupage again...

Re: favourite techniques.....
I do tend to do quite a bit of matting and layering, but I don't really stick to a technique. I learn a new one and then I play with that for a while.

I'm like Jackie. I do loads of one thing then move to a new technique.
I've done matting and layering, peel offs, dry embossing, heat embossing, iris folding, quilling (which I didn't enjoy), stamping ( which I just don't like!!!), origami, tea bag folding, decoupage and parchment. There are probably others that I've forgotten
I'm now into stitching cards.
What shall I try next?
Any suggestions??

Sounds like you've tried just about everything Alison!!
My favourite has to be rubber stamping - whatever else I try I always go back to stamping!!

My fav is stamping too but i also like trying lots of different techniques.
As i teach cardmaking techniques at my card class i pick up new skills all the time (whether i like them or not - eg shrink plastic GGGRRRRR)!!
love decoupage, iris folding and working with different templates and of course coming up with my own.
