I sorry but I don't think I will make the next ATC swap, my Mum has been taken into The Horton Hosp. I Hope to be there but I don't know yet if I will, but I have droped in my animal swaps for the 19th. I left them with Jean, so pick me some good ones if I don't make it.

At Blackpool CC we are running a childrens craft club during the holidays, I'm sure you are doing something similar. Could we not all combine our childrens talents in a childrens ATC swap(see the Schools out thread)swap? Please think about it and get back to me.

Thank you so much, this forum should link us together rather than keep us in little regional compartments. Because of the large age rang for a swap of this kind the more children that take part, the more equal the swap will be. At the moment the sun is shining and they can play outside, but if we have bad weather, a crafting party with a few of their friends would be great fun for them. I have hosted swaps before and I'm a cub leader who tries to fulfil the creativity programme zone; I’ve found that children respond to a challenge or a competition element in crafting and so I thought I'd try and run this. It may not take off, though I have about 8 pledged so far, but if it does and we can involve more of the CC network, that’s got to be a good thing right?
